Public reaction to Prop. 8 ruling.

You know… I am almost sick of thinking and/or talking about gay marriage.  I have said it many before and I stand by it: “Who a person marries is between them, there significant other, and there church/judge.”

I’ll I am happy to see gay marriage is now legal in CA (pending appeal), I do not think it should even be a legal issue.  As far as I understand it, the government does not care who “straight” people marry, so why does it matter who “gay” people marry.

It does scare me however that judges have the power to overturn the votes of the majority.  It seems wrong and kind of makes voting pointless.

EQUALITY = NO LABELS …. at least is should.
